Digital Project Coordinator

Opportunity knocks – you could be our next Project Coordinator!
We’re looking to add to our roster of self-starters! As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless project management and execution for multiple projects, and being a go-to resource for your team and clients to keep details organized and projects running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing and has a keen eye for detail and organization.

At Jan Kelley, it’s really important to us that we provide our team members with a robust training and onboarding experience. When joining our team, your onboarding will include learning modules on Project Management and Jan Kelley processes, as well as exposure to Marketing Strategy, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Performance Frameworks, Social Media, SEM, SEO, Media Production and Email Marketing.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Account Director, Account Manager and Project Manager with the coordination of project activities
- Effortlessly project managing the delivery of all online and offline communication activities, including digital campaigns, social media content, website and campaign optimizations, and more
- Maintaining communication and supporting a great relationship with our clients
- Operating at a high level; working with several clients simultaneously
- Assisting with building internal recommendations on resourcing, timelines and workback schedule
- Preparing paid media and social media assets for client review
- Briefing internal specialist resources as required to respond to client needs
- Assisting with sprint planning meetings to guide resource allocation and work prioritization for all team members
- Managing projects efficiently with a keen eye on all the details – timelines, resources
- Utilizing our project management tool (Forecast) to create and maintain projects in real-time and with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- A positive and team-focused attitude, showing initiative and a flexible approach
- A proactive, self-initiator go-getter with a hunger for learning new skills
- A strong communicator (both verbally and written)
- Outstanding customer service skills with a high level of professionalism
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Superior organizational and administrative skills coupled with an acute attention to detail
- Ability to switch gears often and prioritize work as required
- Project management experience for online and offline channels is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google’s Suite of products (Analytics, Ads, Keyword Planner, Looker Studio, Optimize, Tag Manager) is an asset
